Alistair Holbrook showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braulio Uhin in the 14th minute of the match. When Ahmet Ege Nesefi came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Karamázov fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Ege Nesefi couldn't finish the play. After 18 played minutes Senegal got a freekick which was hit by Junior Barraclough. 18 minutes into the game, Karamázov's Aureliano Cordeara nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alistair Holbrook made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Senegal's Dan Bromley quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alexei Karamazov, made in the 23rd minute of the game. 29 minutes into the game, Braulio Uhin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Alistair Holbrook was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 34th minute, Braulio Uhin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Karamázov fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After 39 minutes of play, Karamázov's Ahmet Ege Nesefi made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alistair Holbrook was left in no man's land by his defense there! Karamázov's Ahmet Ege Nesefi got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Senegal's Junior Barraclough got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Richard Adamson hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Alistair Holbrook showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braulio Uhin, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Alistair Holbrook came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Karamázov's Aureliano Cordeara. But to his dismay, Aureliano Cordeara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Braulio Uhin to make the kick off. Senegal's Alistair Holbrook played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Braulio Uhin in the 54th minute of play. Alistair Holbrook made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Braulio Uhin sent off a good shot on target. Alistair Holbrook came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Karamázov's Braulio Uhin. But to his dismay, Braulio Uhin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Alistair Holbrook took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Braulio Uhin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alistair Holbrook made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Braulio Uhin sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aureliano Cordeara got free with Alistair Holbrook in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 67 minutes into the game, Piers Broom was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Senegal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Karamázov the free kick. Piers Broom kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Karamázov's Dimitri Karamazov was substituted for Teodosio Ugaitz. Braulio Uhin in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alistair Holbrook, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Aureliano Cordeara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alistair Holbrook read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexei Karamazov got free with Alistair Holbrook in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alistair Holbrook showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braulio Uhin, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Braulio Uhin struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Alistair Holbrook didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karamázov. Iuri Law took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Adamson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 97 in the game by Aureliano Cordeara from a close distance when the talented Alistair Holbrook managed to make a qualified save. Senegal's players were relieved. 97 minutes into the game, Aureliano Cordeara lined in a short shot 0-9 behind a frustrated Alistair Holbrook. Karamázov's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
