Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zhao Sen Yang took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Fotbal Club Vaslui's Manole Amărculesei got a free kick in the 2nd minute. When Manole Amărculesei came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Fotbal Club Vaslui fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manole Amărculesei couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zhao Sen Yang in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andrei Oloieru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 11thth minute of the game Dacian Tilea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fotbal Club Vaslui's Andrei Oloieru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 12th play minutes Zhao Sen Yang shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Andrei Oloieru and just under the crossbar into goal. Andrei Oloieru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Wielopolski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Fotbal Club Vaslui's Toader Muncelean got a free kick in the 16th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s goalkeeper Ivan Chiuzbaian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Traian Traian. In the 22nd minute Stasio Bienienda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Oloieru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Traian Traian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Ivan Chiuzbaian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s goalkeeper Ivan Chiuzbaian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Ivan Chiuzbaian got control of the ball when Traian Traian tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 38th minute of the game Olov Ahlbeck made a throw-in which Primitivo Grau played forward. Andrei Oloieru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primitivo Grau in the 40th minute of play. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Ivan Chiuzbaian proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Wielopolski in the 45th minute of play forced Fotbal Club Vaslui's goalkeeper Andrei Oloieru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andrei Oloieru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zhao Sen Yang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrei Oloieru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhao Sen Yang in the 47th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Traian Traian made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Primitivo Grau got free with Andrei Oloieru in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Traian Traian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Fotbal Club Vaslui's Andrei Oloieru got control of the ball when Zhao Sen Yang tried to sneak it across the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Zhao Sen Yang dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Andrei Oloieru, 1-2. A collision led to Fotbal Club Vaslui getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Toader Muncelean hit a great ball. Fotbal Club Vaslui's Andrei Oloieru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhao Sen Yang in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Wielopolski in the 76th minute of play forced Fotbal Club Vaslui's goalkeeper Andrei Oloieru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Fotbal Club Vaslui's goal looked a bit too open when Dacian Tilea came free, but Andrei Oloieru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Primitivo Grau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Andrei Oloieru made a huge save. In the 82nd minute, Primitivo Grau ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andrei Oloieru was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Fotbal Club Vaslui made a substitution. Eliodor Bosânceanu replaced Teodor Huștiu. Andrei Oloieru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dacian Tilea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Ivan Chiuzbaian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcu Piţurcă in the 89th minute of play. Ivan Chiuzbaian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurinho Maranhense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivan Chiuzbaian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliodor Bosânceanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Mihnea Stanca was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 94 minutes into the match. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
