Manole Pâslaru hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Tiberiu Caramarin took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Silviu Lung to make any attempt to save it. Remus Pinczewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niculae Podgoreanu in the 23rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Niculae Podgoreanu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Remus Pinczewski was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Silviu Lung was left in no man's land by his defense there! Silviu Lung showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiberiu Caramarin, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Manole Pâslaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Remus Pinczewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute Tiberiu Caramarin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silviu Lung saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiberiu Caramarin took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silviu Lung. Silviu Lung dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-1. MIT's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
