Gigel Tilea was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 10 minutes into the game, Kobra TEAM's Ionică Lucescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gigel Tilea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. King Junior made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olimpiu Dichiseanu in the 15th minute of play. Virgil Şimonca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. King Junior tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kobra TEAM's Ionică Lucescu got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 21stth minute of the game Ionică Lucescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Academia Rio's Gigel Tilea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Kobra TEAM's goal looked a bit too open when Virgil Şimonca came free, but King Junior reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Gheorghe Taşcău dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gigel Tilea, 4-0. 27 minutes into the match, Gheorghe Taşcău dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gigel Tilea, 5-0. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Gheorghe Taşcău took a quick shot and it went in 6-0 without a chance for Gigel Tilea to make any attempt to save it. In the 34th minute of the match Kobra TEAM got a corner. Academia Rio's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carlo Bracchi ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Ionică Lucescu managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Gigel Tilea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gheorghe Taşcău in the 37th minute of the match. Gigel Tilea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gheorghe Taşcău in the 45th minute. King Junior made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Codrin Ionete in the 46th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Codrin Ionete in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck King Junior prevented the ball from getting in the gole. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Sergiu Coșeriu made the kick off in the second half. Gigel Tilea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gheorghe Taşcău, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Academia Rio's Olimpiu Dichiseanu got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Academia Rio's Gigel Tilea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gheorghe Taşcău in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Kobra TEAM's Gheorghe Taşcău nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gigel Tilea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Kobra TEAM's George Mineață was substituted for Cazimir Corbeanu. Gheorghe Taşcău received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Gigel Tilea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Academia Rio defense, Gheorghe Taşcău kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gigel Tilea. The Academia Rio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gigel Tilea should have stopped the shot. Gigel Tilea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ionică Lucescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gheorghe Taşcău's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gigel Tilea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kobra TEAM's Gheorghe Taşcău got a free kick in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gheorghe Taşcău in the 87th minute of play forced Academia Rio's goalkeeper Gigel Tilea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Academia Rio's goal looked a bit too open when Gheorghe Taşcău came free, but Gigel Tilea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kobra TEAM's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carlo Bracchi in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gheorghe Taşcău in the 93rd minute of play forced Academia Rio's goalkeeper Gigel Tilea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes had been played when some careless play by Academia Rio's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Carlo Bracchi was slow to take the kick. During this time Kobra TEAM's players had a chance to rest. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Kobra TEAM had played much better football throughout.
