With a little luck, Fotbal Club Vaslui's Andrei Oloieru got control of the ball when Arno Jahe tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Fotbal Club Vaslui's Traian Traian slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Atalan Cebeci. That made the score 1-2 after 53 minutes of play. Andrei Oloieru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baturay Zaim in the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yılmaz Başdemir in the 71st minute of play forced Fotbal Club Vaslui's goalkeeper Andrei Oloieru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
