Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cristian Nevares started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Cedro in the 3rd minute of play forced Marquês de Herval's goalkeeper Dida Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marquês de Herval's Dida Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosme Artizar in the 7th minute of play. Dida Taffarel came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Conceição's Cristian Nevares. But to his dismay, Cristian Nevares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Dida Taffarel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Nevares, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Florentino Cedro took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dida Taffarel. Dida Taffarel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After 32 minutes Marquês de Herval's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kauã Rezende who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Marquês de Herval's goalie and right to Cosme Artizar. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Marquês de Herval's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. SC Conceição's Flávio Terra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nestor Paraibano in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, SC Conceição's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Martins came free, but Flávio Terra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flávio Terra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Paraibano in the 40th minute of the match. German Cano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flávio Terra having to make a save. Gigel Toacsen hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Nestor Paraibano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Flávio Terra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Martins in the 51st minute of play. 55 minutes into the game, Cosme Artizar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Conceição's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marquês de Herval the free kick. Flávio Terra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Martins in the 56th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfredo Martins in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flávio Terra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 61st minute Florentino Cedro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, SC Conceição's Alberto de Mendonça got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute, Alfredo Martins left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marquês de Herval fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. When José Maria Ramalho fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marquês de Herval's protests and gave José Maria Ramalho a yellow card for diving instead. After 69 played minutes Marquês de Herval got a freekick which was hit by José Maria Ramalho. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Nestor Paraibano put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Flávio Terra. In the 74th minute of the game José Maria Ramalho made a throw-in which Selami Rezan played forward. Flávio Terra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Paraibano in the 75th minute of the match. When Marquês de Herval's Alfredo Martins in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Conceição's goalie prevented a goal. Dida Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentino Cedro in the 80th minute of the match. Marquês de Herval's Dida Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Cedro in the 82nd minute of play. Alberto de Mendonça kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Flávio Terra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Selami Rezan, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 87th minute, Selami Rezan made a precise shot to the right of Flávio Terra. SC Conceição's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. Flávio Terra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Paraibano in the 90th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Nevares got free with Dida Taffarel in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 92 played minutes SC Conceição got a freekick which was hit by Álvaro Velloso. After 94 minutes SC Conceição's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Selami Rezan who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that José Maria Ramalho got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Flávio Terra quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. German Cano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
