When Tod Berry fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Witney City's protests and gave Tod Berry a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tim Hurren in the 6th minute of play forced Pogradeci FCA's goalkeeper Skënder Filipi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Skënder Filipi came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Witney City's Tim Hurren. But to his dismay, Tim Hurren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 9 minutes into the match, Pogradeci FCA's goal looked a bit too open when Tim Hurren came free, but Skënder Filipi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pogradeci FCA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Igor Kyulafliyski was slow to take the kick. During this time Witney City's players had a chance to rest. Witney City's attentive Tod Berry managed to snatch the ball when Mërgim Mara made a throw-in in the 13th minute of the game. Tim Hurren struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Skënder Filipi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Witney City. Witney City's Tim Hurren got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pogradeci FCA's Skënder Filipi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charles Bolton in the 27th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Tim Hurren notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Pogradeci FCA's Skënder Filipi. Skënder Filipi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Pogradeci FCA's zone, Tim Hurren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Skënder Filipi came out of the goal and Tim Hurren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 37 minutes of play, Witney City's Tod Berry made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Skënder Filipi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Martion Mati kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. 42 minutes into the game, Witney City's Tim Hurren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Skënder Filipi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 45th minute, Chip Archer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Altin Dede to make the kick off. Witney City's Tim Hurren got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Pogradeci FCA's zone, Leon Swanson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Skënder Filipi came out of the goal and Leon Swanson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leon Swanson succeeded in the game's 57th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-5. The crowd rose to their feet as Tod Berry kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Skënder Filipi. That made the score 0-6 in the 62 minute of play. Skënder Filipi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tim Hurren showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 65 minute of play. Skënder Filipi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tim Hurren in the 74th minute. Pogradeci FCA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Tim Hurren scored to the left of an out of position Skënder Filipi, making the score, 0-8. 84 minutes into the game, Witney City's Charles Bolton nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Skënder Filipi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. 87 minutes into the match, Pogradeci FCA's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Swanson came free, but Skënder Filipi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tim Hurren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Skënder Filipi having to interfere.
