In the 14th minute, Jeronimo Vito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lindi Shala didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacobo Vistruario went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Jacobo Vistruario might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lindi Shala. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jacobo Vistruario ran back to his position shaking his head. Jeronimo Vito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lindi Shala having to interfere. The supporters of MOS e KRUAJ booed when River Ctes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz da Mata didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 32 played minutes River Ctes got a freekick which was hit by Robustiano Fernendo. Lindi Shala came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by River Ctes's Jeronimo Vito. But to his dismay, Jeronimo Vito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Jacobo Vistruario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lindi Shala having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jeronimo Vito to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Liri Çorbaxhiu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by River Ctes's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Isa Koliqi was slow to take the kick. During this time MOS e KRUAJ's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of River Ctes's goalie and right to Paulin Ibi. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. River Ctes's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 57th match minute, MOS e KRUAJ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Glaukia Duro to maneuver through the defense. River Ctes's Jacobo Vistruario got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 62 minutes into the game, Amant Kamberi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MOS e KRUAJ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave River Ctes the free kick. Amant Kamberi hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Lindi Shala made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Jeronimo Vito sent off a good shot on target. Jeronimo Vito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Lindi Shala made a huge save. If Jacobo Vistruario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacobo Vistruario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Coronel Bergamini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isa Koliqi, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Jacobo Vistruario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Lindi Shala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeronimo Vito scored 0-5 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lindi Shala, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lindi Shala didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 94th minute, which inside left pole to 0-6. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. River Ctes walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
