DE COMERCIO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zeledon Savion was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 26 minutes into the game, Sergio Mustafa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Maurício Bomba was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 29th minute Alvaro Errando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Arif Korcan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sergio Mustafa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Maurício Bomba made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's zone, Matias Porfiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mustafa Arif Korcan came out of the goal and Matias Porfiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alvaro Errando scored 1-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mustafa Arif Korcan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sergio Mustafa to make the kick off. After 62 played minutes AC LeX Luthor got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Errando. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Salvador Romano was substituted for Sergio Mustafa. AC LeX Luthor's Rodriguinho Linhares was substituted for Mario Yepes. AC LeX Luthor made a substitution. Peep Pronk replaced Zeledon Savion. AC LeX Luthor made a substitution. Karl-Axel Kielstedt replaced Pancho Branca. Alvaro Errando hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Nikola in the 64th minute of play forced AC LeX Luthor's goalkeeper Maurício Bomba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodoro Nikola's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maurício Bomba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. AC LeX Luthor's Maurício Bomba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Nikola in the 73rd minute of play. With a little luck, C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Mustafa Arif Korcan got control of the ball when Peep Pronk tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, AC LeX Luthor's Rodriguinho Linhares got a free kick in the 78th minute. Maurício Bomba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Romano, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Mustafa Arif Korcan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Peep Pronk in the 83rd minute. After 89th play minutes Salvador Romano shot 3-2, a short shot which went by Maurício Bomba and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 92nd minute Salvador Romano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurício Bomba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mustafa Arif Korcan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Peep Pronk in the 94th minute. After 94 played minutes AC LeX Luthor got a freekick which was hit by Matias Porfiro. AC LeX Luthor's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
