An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan-Ramón Verón in the 5th minute of play forced Ripa FC's goalkeeper Aldo Mannie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Berserkers FC Ψ getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Juan-Ramón Verón hit a great ball. In the 12th minute, Ripa FC's Ricardo Bochini ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcos Burni. Marcos Burni yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Marcos Burni was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Franz Grassme capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Franz Grassme really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Marcos Burni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Franz Grassme in the 19th minute. Marcos Burni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Bochini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, Berserkers FC Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Bochini came free, but Marcos Burni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Berserkers FC Ψ's Marcos Burni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Berserkers FC Ψ from getting a goal against them. If Juan-Ramón Verón had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aldo Mannie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan-Ramón Verón, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After 36 played minutes Ripa FC got a freekick which was hit by Cirilo Oriche. Hektor Liberoyiannis kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Berserkers FC Ψ's Marcos Burni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Bochini in the 47th minute of play. Marcos Burni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Bochini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Ripa FC made a substitution. Joel Tehas replaced Ricardo Bochini. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan-Ramón Verón to make the kick off. 63 minutes into the match, Berserkers FC Ψ's Juan-Ramón Verón sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aldo Mannie narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 64th minute, Gu Chang Peng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Burni was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ripa FC's goalkeeper Aldo Mannie, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Berserkers FC Ψ made a substitution. Juan Ignacio Circelli replaced Juan-Ramón Verón. In the 72nd minute Berserkers FC Ψ were awarded a corner. Iosif Budulea went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Berserkers FC Ψ's corner Iosif Budulea fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aldo Mannie quite easily take care of the ball. Marcos Burni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gu Chang Peng in the 74th minute of play. When Ripa FC's Gu Chang Peng in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Berserkers FC Ψ's goalie prevented a goal. Juan Ignacio Circelli received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aldo Mannie came out and tried to block the shot, but Juan Ignacio Circelli slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 83rd minute. Juan Ignacio Circelli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aldo Mannie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Giovani Lo Celso might have been able to make a better finish in the 98th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aldo Mannie. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Giovani Lo Celso ran back to his position shaking his head.
