A collision led to THE FAVOURITES getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Lucjan Madajczyk hit a great ball. Aurelio Raffo charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aurelio Raffo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of THE FAVOURITES booed when C.D. Pepino’s was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelio Raffo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute, Ariano Adelsdorfer reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sebastian Zawada. The goal made the score 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ariano Adelsdorfer got free with Sebastian Zawada in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sebastian Zawada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ariano Adelsdorfer, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 27th minute, C.D. Pepino’s's Alejandro Pujadas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sebastian Zawada. Sebastian Zawada yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. C.D. Pepino’s's Aurelio Raffo got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rafal Kowalski hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romualdo Hetz in the 33rd minute of play forced THE FAVOURITES's goalkeeper Sebastian Zawada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, C.D. Pepino’s's Ariano Adelsdorfer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sebastian Zawada narrowly saved just below the crossbar. THE FAVOURITES's Sebastian Zawada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save THE FAVOURITES from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as C.D. Pepino’s's Romualdo Hetz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sebastian Zawada. That made the score 4-0 after 41 minutes of play. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Ariano Adelsdorfer took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Sebastian Zawada to make any attempt to save it. In the 47th minute, Romualdo Hetz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After having played for 54 minutes, Romualdo Hetz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.D. Pepino’s's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romualdo Hetz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 58th minute of the match C.D. Pepino’s got a corner. THE FAVOURITES's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ronaldão Ceresso ran over to the corner to take the kick. C.D. Pepino’s's Ronaldão Ceresso was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sebastian Zawada in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in THE FAVOURITES's zone, Ariano Adelsdorfer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Zawada came out of the goal and Ariano Adelsdorfer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sebastian Zawada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romualdo Hetz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Zawada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romualdo Hetz, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Sebastian Zawada came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by C.D. Pepino’s's Ariano Adelsdorfer. But to his dismay, Ariano Adelsdorfer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Teodosio Estévez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Sebastian Zawada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Teodosio Estévez came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the C.D. Pepino’s fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodosio Estévez couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the THE FAVOURITES defense, Aurelio Raffo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastian Zawada. The THE FAVOURITES fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastian Zawada should have stopped the shot. Teodosio Estévez took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sebastian Zawada. Sebastian Zawada dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. In the 93rd minute of the match Aurelio Raffo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sebastian Zawada skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Estévez in the 94th minute of play forced THE FAVOURITES's goalkeeper Sebastian Zawada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. THE FAVOURITES's Sebastian Zawada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodosio Estévez in the 96th minute of play. C.D. Pepino’s walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
