After some careless play in the Grêmio Bulls defense, Daniil Panagopoulos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcel Jacinto. The Grêmio Bulls fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcel Jacinto should have stopped the shot. Marcel Jacinto was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Markos Melisofagos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 24 minute of play. After 27 played minutes Kolopetinitsa got a freekick which was hit by Dionysis Salaggoudis. After 29 played minutes Kolopetinitsa got a freekick which was hit by Markos Melisofagos. After 34 played minutes Kolopetinitsa got a freekick which was hit by Argyris Kountouriotis. When Edson Meira fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grêmio Bulls's protests and gave Edson Meira a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Grêmio Bulls's Edson Meira got a free kick in the 38th minute. Marcel Jacinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dionysis Salaggoudis in the 39th minute of the match. Nasos Aggeliou hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Stergios Samartzis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cláudio Moraes, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Dionysis Salaggoudis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Marcel Jacinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kolopetinitsa's Nasos Aggeliou suffered a sprained foot after 47 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Kolopetinitsa's Lambros Karpodinis was substituted for Nasos Aggeliou. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Markos Melisofagos was the one to do the kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Markos Melisofagos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcel Jacinto. Grêmio Bulls's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Markos Melisofagos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Gilberto Severo's late challenge caught a Kolopetinitsa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The supporters of Grêmio Bulls booed when Kolopetinitsa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniil Panagopoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
