The audience thought a goal was coming when Hao Le Xiang got free with Gottfried Hollstein in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hao Le Xiang in the 98th minute of play forced Joga Bonito 1893's goalkeeper Gottfried Hollstein to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. C T Futebol Clube's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
