In the 8th minute of the match, Jon-Ander Wallffiguer got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bertol Tebar was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Eliseo Redondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Hugo Araya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Club Carolino de Fútbol's Ulises Lucero got a free kick in the 11th minute. The supporters of Zorros del Desierto booed when Club Carolino de Fútbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Monico Cigaran didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Club Carolino de Fútbol's goalkeeper Bertol Tebar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Javier Rufo. The supporters of Club Carolino de Fútbol booed when Zorros del Desierto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sverker Zander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zorros del Desierto's Adriano Tripailaf quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Sugoi Ezcurra, made in the 15th minute of the game. Bertol Tebar came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Zorros del Desierto's Concetto Mare. But to his dismay, Concetto Mare quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jon-Ander Wallffiguer got free with Bertol Tebar in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dimas Pradias kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. If Concetto Mare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Club Carolino de Fútbol's Bertol Tebar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Concetto Mare in the 22nd minute of play. Ivan Cambranes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bertol Tebar having to interfere. Concetto Mare could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Bertol Tebar made a huge save. Bertol Tebar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jon-Ander Wallffiguer in the 31st minute. Bertol Tebar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Concetto Mare in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 39th minute Concetto Mare shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertol Tebar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Concetto Mare's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bertol Tebar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Michel Aelle stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes of play, Zorros del Desierto's Concetto Mare made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bertol Tebar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zorros del Desierto made a substitution. Cristian Insaurralde replaced Concetto Mare. If Ivan Cambranes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cresencio Ludeña hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Bertol Tebar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jon-Ander Wallffiguer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the match, Club Carolino de Fútbol's goal looked a bit too open when Jon-Ander Wallffiguer came free, but Bertol Tebar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Cristian Insaurralde put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Bertol Tebar. Club Carolino de Fútbol's Bertol Tebar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Insaurralde in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute Jon-Ander Wallffiguer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertol Tebar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute Zorros del Desierto were awarded a corner. Javier Rufo went to the cornerflag to take it. Zorros del Desierto's Javier Rufo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bertol Tebar in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 89th minute, Cristian Insaurralde made a precise shot to the right of Bertol Tebar. Club Carolino de Fútbol's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Cristian Insaurralde took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bertol Tebar. Bertol Tebar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0.
