Dalmacio Pello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Francis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute of the match, Pastor Nofre tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Branislav Velchevski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 31 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goalkeeper Branislav Velchevski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Uriel Cordearo. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Branislav Velchevski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Pastor Nofre didn't have the luck on his side when he, from a short distance, got a opportunity for a shot on goal in the 34th minute. The shot missed the goal on the right side and Pastor Nofre ran dejectedly back to his position.
