David Greblă charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Greblă the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th minute, David Greblă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 6 minutes into the game, Maxim Doinaș was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DINAMO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rondinone F.C - FDFDF the free kick. In the 6th minute, one of DINAMO:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for DINAMO. Adalberto Vianna shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Horea Hurmuzache came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Falcão Marques. But to his dismay, Falcão Marques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Falcão Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adalberto Vianna in the 15th minute of play forced DINAMO's goalkeeper Horea Hurmuzache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Rondinone F.C - FDFDF booed when DINAMO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Ardeleanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The attack was good, but when Falcão Marques in the 20th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. With a little luck, DINAMO's Horea Hurmuzache got control of the ball when Adalberto Vianna tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Falcão Marques's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Horea Hurmuzache was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. In the 32nd minute, Vlad Oniga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Horea Hurmuzache made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Falcão Marques in the 37th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Gil dos Santos put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Horea Hurmuzache. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Adalberto Vianna got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 45 minutes into the game, Falcão Marques was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DINAMO the free kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Șerban Damian stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Falcão Marques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horea Hurmuzache having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Falcão Marques in the 54th minute of play forced DINAMO's goalkeeper Horea Hurmuzache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute Falcão Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horea Hurmuzache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, DINAMO's Emanuel Ardeleanu got a free kick in the 56th minute. Horea Hurmuzache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Falcão Marques, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Chicão Matos's late challenge caught a DINAMO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chicão Matos helped the player get up and apologised. Eliézer Leão hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. When Emanuel Ardeleanu fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DINAMO's protests and gave Emanuel Ardeleanu a yellow card for diving instead. After 64 played minutes DINAMO got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Ardeleanu. After 68 minutes, Vlad Oniga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DINAMO and the Rondinone F.C - FDFDF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, DINAMO's Vlad Oniga got a free kick in the 68th minute. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF made a substitution. Hermínio Maciel replaced João Vítor Alves. In the 95th minute Falcão Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horea Hurmuzache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
