In the 11th minute Alexandru Pintilie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 柳竞鹏 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 柳竞鹏 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandru Pintilie in the 17th minute of play. The supporters of Armada booed when DongFeng Honda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. 郑晨威 didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alexandru Pintilie in the 29th managed to get into a good position. Sergiu Rădescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DongFeng Honda FC. If 雷夕锋 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 35thth minute of the game Marian Panaitescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DongFeng Honda FC's 柳竞鹏 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eusebiu Fenici hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Octavian Cristian in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 柳竞鹏 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 郑晨威 to make the kick off. 郑晨威 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. In the 66th match minute, DongFeng Honda FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 雷夕锋 to maneuver through the defense. Alexandru Pintilie's late challenge caught a DongFeng Honda FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Armada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexandru Pintilie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 柳竞鹏 was a little too slow when Alexandru Pintilie got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 0-2. After having played for 87 minutes, Octavian Cristian managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Armada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Octavian Cristian was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Octavian Cristian scored 0-3 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 柳竞鹏, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Armada's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
