Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Tobias Siggman started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience thought a goal was coming when Réda Kolb got free with Eliseu do Valle in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 5 minutes corsaire nantais's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Carlos Taillade who took care of the corner kick. Carlos Taillade made a great header on France's corner, it was just that corsaire nantais's Eliseu do Valle managed to reach the ball for a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thierry Auroy in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eliseu do Valle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 14 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Chu Fan Qiang came free, but Christophe Pourre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute Thierry Auroy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseu do Valle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. François Perre made in the 19th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by France's Carlos Taillade. corsaire nantais's Eliseu do Valle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Réda Kolb in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, France's Réda Kolb ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eliseu do Valle. Eliseu do Valle yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Réda Kolb could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Eliseu do Valle made a huge save. In the 28th minute of the match France got a corner. corsaire nantais's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carlos Taillade ran over to the corner to take the kick. 29 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Siggman came free, but Christophe Pourre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of corsaire nantais booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Taillade didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute, Thierry Auroy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eliseu do Valle was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. corsaire nantais's Chu Fan Qiang managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Diego Farges in the 39 minute of the game. 44 minutes into the match, Réda Kolb dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eliseu do Valle, 3-0. Eliseu do Valle made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Réda Kolb sent off a good shot on target. France's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carlos Taillade in the 48th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

In the 58th minute, Thierry Auroy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute Réda Kolb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseu do Valle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. France's Bruno Marceau was substituted for Thierry Auroy. France's Jonas Daguenet was substituted for Diego Farges. Robin Clauzel kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Alain Roche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the corsaire nantais players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for France.
