Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Uğur Sayhan started the match with the kick off. Dündar Şahoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Günalp İstikbal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Günalp İstikbal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dündar Şahoğlu in the 10th minute of the match. Dündar Şahoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. istanbul's Erhun Dölek got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nafiz Tuz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Batıhan Beycan having to interfere. The supporters of Akkisla booed when istanbul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saadettin Akar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dündar Şahoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Günalp İstikbal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Batıhan Beycan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uğur Sayhan in the 37th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute Dündar Şahoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Günalp İstikbal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, Akkisla's Görkem Ahioğlu tried to score from far away in the 47th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Sacit Özak made the kick off in the second half. istanbul's Günalp İstikbal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dündar Şahoğlu in the 54th minute of play. Erhun Dölek kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Sacit Özak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Akkisla's supporters rose to their feet, but Sacit Özak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Günalp İstikbal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erhun Dölek's late challenge caught a Akkisla's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erhun Dölek helped the player get up and apologised. Erhun Dölek hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Dündar Şahoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Günalp İstikbal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Dündar Şahoğlu came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Akkisla fans jumped to their feet. Ecevit Semin hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Batıhan Beycan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nafiz Tuz's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. The audience was convinced that Uğur Sayhan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Batıhan Beycan was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. The Akkisla supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Akkisla would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
