In the 5th match minute, Montemurlo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alessio Pensa to maneuver through the defense. Daniele Zola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Papo Olaisola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Papo Olaisola took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Daniele Zola to make any attempt to save it. Daniele Zola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Jiron in the 13th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Montemurlo AFC's Federico Conte got a free kick in the 13th minute. 20 minutes into the game, Domenico Tammaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Montemurlo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fuego united the free kick. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Papo Olaisola took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Daniele Zola to make any attempt to save it. Papo Olaisola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniele Zola having to interfere. Montemurlo AFC's Daniele Zola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Papo Olaisola in the 27th minute of play. Daniele Zola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Papo Olaisola in the 30th minute of the match. With 33 minutes on the clock, Andrea Aloisi commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Andrea Aloisi hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. A collision led to Montemurlo AFC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Achille Roberto hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Jiron in the 37th minute of play forced Montemurlo AFC's goalkeeper Daniele Zola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Papo Olaisola struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Daniele Zola didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fuego united. The crowd rose to their feet as Antonio Jiron kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Daniele Zola. That made the score 3-0 in the 45 minute of play.

55 minutes into the match, Papo Olaisola notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Montemurlo AFC's Daniele Zola. Daniele Zola was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Antonio Jiron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniele Zola stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Papo Olaisola's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Jiron in the 60th minute of play forced Montemurlo AFC's goalkeeper Daniele Zola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Antonio Jiron came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Fuego united fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Jiron couldn't finish the play. Achille Roberto made in the 92nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Francesco Caretti however managed to control. Daniele Zola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Santiago in the 93rd minute of play. Antonio Jiron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Daniele Zola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Montemurlo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Jiron came free, but Daniele Zola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fuego united walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
