They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 76th minute, The Valar's William Rigg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aguirre Verde. Aguirre Verde yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. The Valar walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
