If Fredrik Kvarnström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 4 minutes into the match, Kolopetinitsa's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Ennegren came free, but Kyriakos Matsikidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A very nice done corner allowed Patrik Wallin to score against Kyriakos Matsikidis in Kolopetinitsa's goal. 0-1 after 6 minutes. 9 minutes into the match, FC Bodil United's goalkeeper Valeriu Hoisie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Konstantinos Kazantzis. Eutichios Psaris had several of the FC Bodil United's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 9 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Valeriu Hoisie as he didn't even see the shot coming. 12 minutes into the match, Kolopetinitsa's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Gahnsby came free, but Kyriakos Matsikidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Simon Gahnsby managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Bodil United's supporters rose to their feet, but Simon Gahnsby was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kyriakos Matsikidis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Simon Gahnsby might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kyriakos Matsikidis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Simon Gahnsby ran back to his position shaking his head. Kolopetinitsa's Kyriakos Matsikidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Gahnsby in the 18th minute of play. A collision led to FC Bodil United getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Du Xiang Yue hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simon Gahnsby in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kyriakos Matsikidis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 31 minutes into the game, FC Bodil United's Simon Gahnsby nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kyriakos Matsikidis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 34th minute, Patrik Wallin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to FC Bodil United getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Anders Engström hit a great ball. FC Bodil United's Ronny Jansson was substituted for Patrik Wallin. Simon Gahnsby's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kyriakos Matsikidis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. FC Bodil United's Joakim Kjellberg quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Anthimos Loukoumas, made in the 40th minute of the game. Kyriakos Matsikidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Ennegren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Simon Gahnsby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kolopetinitsa's Kyriakos Matsikidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Gahnsby in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Simon Gahnsby stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Lazaros Manolopoulos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kolopetinitsa and the FC Bodil United players grew even worse after the yellow card. FC Bodil United made a substitution. Bennvar Springer replaced Ronny Jansson. A collision led to Kolopetinitsa getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Lazaros Manolopoulos hit a great ball. In the 67th minute, Kolopetinitsa's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Wu Hao Xu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Wu Hao Xu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kyriakos Matsikidis having to make a save. In the 82nd minute, Wu Hao Xu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Kyriakos Matsikidis, passed just outside the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nasos Aggeliou during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The throw-in from Anthimos Loukoumas in the 86th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Bodil United's Sven-Edvin Kjellberg. Kolopetinitsa's Kyriakos Matsikidis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Kolopetinitsa from getting a goal against them. After 87 played minutes FC Bodil United got a freekick which was hit by Anders Engström. Wu Hao Xu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kyriakos Matsikidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wu Hao Xu in the 90th minute of play. Kyriakos Matsikidis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wu Hao Xu's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. After 92 played minutes Kolopetinitsa got a freekick which was hit by Anthimos Loukoumas. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wu Hao Xu in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kyriakos Matsikidis saved Kolopetinitsa from getting behind. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 1-6 when Wu Hao Xu sped through Kolopetinitsa's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kyriakos Matsikidis. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Bodil United eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
