If 许明卫 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 19th minute, Consejo del Mate's Peyo Fonelleda dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Bolo Bolaño could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Sebastian Quirce made a huge save. Hugo Orlando Gatti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 许明卫 in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute Pan FC were awarded a corner. Esteve Cordarrel went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Nelson Hawley got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hugo Orlando Gatti quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ambrosio Opilano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Orlando Gatti having to interfere. A collision led to Consejo del Mate getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Fagildo Pamanes hit a great ball. Hugo Orlando Gatti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 许明卫, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Freddy Bidun kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peyo Fonelleda got free with Sebastian Quirce in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Consejo del Mate's Fagildo Pamanes got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute Peyo Fonelleda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Quirce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pan FC's Sebastian Quirce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bolo Bolaño in the 44th minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Freddy Bidun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Consejo del Mate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pan FC the free kick. After 47 played minutes Consejo del Mate got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Bidun. Pan FC made a substitution. Arnaldo Urtzi replaced 许明卫. Freddy Bidun hit a great freekick 49 minutes into the match. In the 50th minute, Esteve Cordarrel sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Consejo del Mate's Hugo Orlando Gatti didn't even have to move. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnaldo Urtzi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Consejo del Mate's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Urtzi came free, but Hugo Orlando Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, Nelson Hawley quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Pan FC's Sixto Raymond was substituted for Nelson Hawley. After a defensive mix-up in Consejo del Mate's zone, Arnaldo Urtzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Orlando Gatti came out of the goal and Arnaldo Urtzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnaldo Urtzi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hugo Orlando Gatti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. After 75 played minutes Pan FC got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Jon. 78 minutes into the game, Pan FC's Arnaldo Urtzi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hugo Orlando Gatti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. In the 82nd minute Julio Kemen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Quirce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastian Quirce came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Consejo del Mate's Julio Kemen. But to his dismay, Julio Kemen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Consejo del Mate's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Jon in the 91st minute of the match. Pan FC's Sebastian Quirce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bolo Bolaño in the 92nd minute of play. 99 minutes into the match, Consejo del Mate's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnaldo Urtzi. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Pan FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
