Rafinha Silva was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Erasmo Palmeira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Richard dos Santos took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafinha Silva. Rafinha Silva dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 14th minute, Erasmo Palmeira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rafinha Silva. The goal made the score 3-0. After a rather tough play, FC Aston City's Paulão Vaz got a free kick in the 19th minute. Emanuel Perez's late challenge caught a FC Aston City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Perez helped the player get up and apologised. In the 21st match minute, Nautico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Perez to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, Paulão Vaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rafinha Silva. Nautico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulão Vaz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Erasmo Palmeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafinha Silva having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Aston City's Robinho da Cunha slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rafinha Silva. That made the score 5-0 after 28 minutes of play. Emanuel Perez struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Dino Pereira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nautico. Rafinha Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard dos Santos in the 33rd minute of the match. Dino Pereira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Júlio Mineiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Emanuel Perez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Emanuel Perez was shown his second yellow card after 40 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 41st minute, Emanuel Perez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute, Sílvio Pena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 45th minute, FC Aston City's Richard dos Santos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 6-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Fred Silveira hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Rafinha Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulão Vaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Richard dos Santos scored 7-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rafinha Silva, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erasmo Palmeira in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rafinha Silva saved Nautico from getting behind. Rafinha Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulão Vaz in the 59th minute of play. Nautico's Rafinha Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulão Vaz in the 60th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Erasmo Palmeira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rafinha Silva was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 62nd minute of the game. One of Nautico:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Aston City:s goal. In the 64th minute there was a penalty for FC Aston City. Sílvio Pena stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rafinha Silva. 8-0. The corner ended in Fred Silveira almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Aston City's Dino Pereira did a great save. In the 94thth minute of the game Erasmo Palmeira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nautico's Rafinha Silva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Nautico's goal looked a bit too open when Paulão Vaz came free, but Rafinha Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Aston City fully deserved thier win.
