After some careless play in the MERLINFC defense, 任伟岩 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciro Txanton. The MERLINFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciro Txanton should have stopped the shot. 5 minutes into the match, MERLINFC's goal looked a bit too open when 毛风誉 came free, but Ciro Txanton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 7 minutes into the match, 安徽队's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Tabb came free, but 白皓 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When 毛风誉 came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the 安徽队 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 毛风誉 couldn't finish the play. 14 minutes into the game, Hernan Cordera recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of 白皓. Hernan Cordera showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Silvestre Cidro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th minute, 任伟岩 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ciro Txanton was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 安徽队's 白皓 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernan Cordera in the 23rd minute of play. 白皓 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lino Abajas in the 25th minute. In the 28th match minute, 安徽队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 冯霆西 to maneuver through the defense. MERLINFC's Silvestre Cidro got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lino Abajas during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 35th match minute, MERLINFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Abajas to maneuver through the defense. If 肖鹏政 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the game, one of MERLINFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ciro Txanton had in the 38thth minute some difficulties stopping 毛风誉's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 毛风誉 took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ciro Txanton. MERLINFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The wind increased when 任伟岩 made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of 安徽队 booed when MERLINFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaspar Xabel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ruben Tabb recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, 任伟岩 took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Ciro Txanton to make any attempt to save it. 任岩旭 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 66 in the game by 毛风誉 from a close distance when the talented Ciro Txanton managed to make a qualified save. MERLINFC's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, 安徽队's 肖鹏政 got a free kick in the 67th minute. 毛风誉 who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Ciro Txanton when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, MERLINFC's Ruben Tabb got a free kick in the 71st minute. Hernan Cordera kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 肖鹏政 during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 93 minutes into the game, Silvestre Cidro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. 白皓 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. During the 96th minute of the match 冯霆西 completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave 冯霆西 a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 97th match minute, 安徽队 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 冯霆西 to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the 安徽队 players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for MERLINFC.
