When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erkin Cangiray made a kick off. With a little luck, ÜSTEĞMEN FK's Gazi Açıkgün got control of the ball when Adriano Ribeiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adriano Ribeiro got free with Gazi Açıkgün in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gazi Açıkgün made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-6. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lawrance Grandison in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gazi Açıkgün saved ÜSTEĞMEN FK from getting behind. The The Obscurials supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing The Obscurials would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
