Anak Habib had in the 6thth minute some difficulties stopping Anders Westerstrand's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Anak Habib made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lawrance Grandison in the 12th minute. Bawang Merah took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zheng Chao. Zheng Chao dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 21st match minute, SAPI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pendekar Harum to maneuver through the defense. When The Obscurials's Lawrance Grandison in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Zheng Chao was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Obscurials's goalkeeper Zheng Chao, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. SAPI FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jens-Erik Mårtensson in the 39th minute. The corner led SAPI FC's Anak Jamet to fire away a dangerous shot which Zheng Chao despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Lawrance Grandison notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of SAPI FC's Anak Habib. Anak Habib was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lawrance Grandison made a kick off. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Lawrance Grandison sped through SAPI FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anak Habib. If Bawang Merah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bawang Merah got free with Zheng Chao in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lawrance Grandison in the 65th minute of play forced SAPI FC's goalkeeper Anak Habib to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SAPI FC made a substitution. Cosmas Muttaqien replaced Pendekar Harum. The Obscurials's Fabian Spânu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Anak Habib in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 70 minutes into the match, SAPI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anders Westerstrand came free, but Anak Habib reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
