If Ali Nejat Özsungur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Hincha Pelotas FC defense, Dennis Stokkeland kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hendrik van Eijnde. The Hincha Pelotas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hendrik van Eijnde should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Ismael Larrategui made the kick off in the second half. The penalty shot was made by Alvarez Pierredonda, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of team pollen's Cheng Qiang. 1-3. Fredrik Aalvik really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. When the final whistle sounded team pollen left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hincha Pelotas FC.
