The throw-in from Vinicio Jakes in the 2nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Rega Merida CF's Telis Lianos. Braulio Gartxot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cemal Palabıyık in the 4th minute of the match. Braulio Gartxot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nistor Sârban, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Nistor Sârban recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcel da Rocha blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Konstanty Wawro having to make a save. Konstanty Wawro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcel da Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Rega Merida CF's Nistor Sârban sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Braulio Gartxot narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Konstanty Wawro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcel da Rocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the game, Bartlomiej Rakoski threw the ball into play from the sideline. Rega Merida CF's Telis Lianos quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 19th minute, Marcel da Rocha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Braulio Gartxot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nistor Sârban, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcel da Rocha in the 27th minute of play forced Rega Merida CF's goalkeeper Konstanty Wawro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcel da Rocha blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Konstanty Wawro having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcel da Rocha got free with Konstanty Wawro in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bartlomiej Rakoski hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Nistor Sârban made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Rega Merida CF's Cemal Palabıyık got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Konstanty Wawro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcel da Rocha in the 53rd minute of play. Nistor Sârban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Braulio Gartxot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Konstanty Wawro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcel da Rocha in the 57th minute of play. Nistor Sârban could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Braulio Gartxot made a huge save. Marcel da Rocha scored 1-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Konstanty Wawro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 67th minute Constantin Arnăuțescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braulio Gartxot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rega Merida CF made a substitution. Karol Swiderski replaced Cemal Palabıyık. Rega Merida CF's Konrad Knopek was substituted for Nistor Sârban. In the 70th minute Rega Merida CF were awarded a corner. Elpidio Umbruso went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Red Devils's goalie and right to Karol Swiderski. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Red Devils's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 79 minutes into the match, Red Devils's goalkeeper Braulio Gartxot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Konrad Knopek. In the 81st minute Konrad Knopek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braulio Gartxot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcel da Rocha struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Konstanty Wawro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Devils. Braulio Gartxot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konrad Knopek in the 89th minute of the match. Rega Merida CF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Elpidio Umbruso in the 91st minute. The corner led Rega Merida CF's Elpidio Umbruso to fire away a dangerous shot which Braulio Gartxot despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 96 minutes in the game Elpidio Umbruso did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Wasyl Dziurowicz. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Red Devils fans cheered their team off the field, for while Rega Merida CF had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
