When NECKER49's Leandro Haritzeder in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Floresta Club U18's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Leandro Haritzeder sped through Floresta Club U18's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Léo de Brito. In the 32nd minute Salvador Bernat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Léo de Brito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th match minute, Floresta Club U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denílson Negri to maneuver through the defense. 39 minutes into the match, Salvador Bernat notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Floresta Club U18's Léo de Brito. Léo de Brito was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wilfredo Ebardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eusébio Baptista made a kick off. Keylor Navas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Leiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Salvador Bernat in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Léo de Brito saved Floresta Club U18 from getting behind. 57 minutes into the match, Floresta Club U18's goalkeeper Léo de Brito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilfredo Ebardo. Floresta Club U18's Léo de Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Haritzeder in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd match minute, Floresta Club U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beto Vinhas to maneuver through the defense. 65 minutes into the match, NECKER49's goal looked a bit too open when João Leiva came free, but Keylor Navas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Teobaldo Gaztea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. NECKER49's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Floresta Club U18 the free kick. After 68 played minutes NECKER49 got a freekick which was hit by Teobaldo Gaztea. With a little luck, Floresta Club U18's Léo de Brito got control of the ball when Leandro Haritzeder tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 77th minute Leandro Haritzeder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Léo de Brito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to NECKER49 getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Modesto Kaxen hit a great ball. NECKER49's Jacinto Eleder was substituted for Leandro Haritzeder. In the 85th match minute, NECKER49 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Modesto Kaxen to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute, Teobaldo Gaztea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eusébio Baptista, 90 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched NECKER49 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
