The referee ignored Dark Drinkers Sanok's protests and gave Olaf Sienkiewicz a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Ochoa in the 22nd minute of play forced Dark Drinkers Sanok's goalkeeper Izydor Kissel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kepa Arrizabalaga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mikolaj Jaworski in the 26th minute. Dark Drinkers Sanok's Izydor Kissel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo-Hernán Egoi in the 27th minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro Ochoa made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustavo-Hernán Egoi got free with Izydor Kissel in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Izydor Kissel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ke Xun in the 94th minute of the match. Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Gustavo-Hernán Egoi got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
