But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusébio Baptista couldn't finish the play. Léo de Brito made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Ettore Mazzocchetti sent off a good shot on target. In the 13th minute Eusébio Baptista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armin Bondi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eusébio Baptista might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Armin Bondi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eusébio Baptista ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Didi Mattos in the 20th minute of play forced LA Lord Perez's goalkeeper Armin Bondi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Floresta Club U18's Gláuber Abreu got a free kick in the 20th minute. After 23 minutes of play, Floresta Club U18's Eusébio Baptista made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armin Bondi was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 25th minute, one of LA Lord Perez:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for LA Lord Perez. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dino Saraiva in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armin Bondi saved LA Lord Perez from getting behind. Armin Bondi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eusébio Baptista's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Didi Mattos in the 32nd minute of play forced LA Lord Perez's goalkeeper Armin Bondi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Eusébio Baptista's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armin Bondi was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. After 43rd play minutes Eusébio Baptista shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Armin Bondi and just under the crossbar into goal. With his leg Armin Bondi managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Floresta Club U18's Eusébio Baptista fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Armin Bondi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dino Saraiva in the 59th minute. Eusébio Baptista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armin Bondi having to interfere. When Didi Mattos fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Floresta Club U18's protests and gave Didi Mattos a yellow card for diving instead. After 91 played minutes Floresta Club U18 got a freekick which was hit by Didi Mattos. 94 minutes into the match, LA Lord Perez's goal looked a bit too open when Gláuber Abreu came free, but Armin Bondi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Didi Mattos was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 96th minute, Didi Mattos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
