The crowd rose to their feet as Emerald's Victor Piţurcă slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Izydor Kissel. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. Gabriel Vermeşan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Izydor Kissel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, Emerald's goal looked a bit too open when Tolek Turak came free, but Bogdan Lobonț reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olaf Sienkiewicz hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Emerald's Izydor Kissel threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Victor Piţurcă, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 12th minute of the game Iwan Majerowicz made a throw-in which Tolek Turak played forward. A collision led to Dark Drinkers Sanok getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Olaf Sienkiewicz hit a great ball. Izydor Kissel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Piţurcă, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute of the match, Victor Piţurcă tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Izydor Kissel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 33rd minute of the match Emerald got a corner. Dark Drinkers Sanok's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gabriel Mălaimare ran over to the corner to take the kick. Niculae Negreanu made a great header on Emerald's corner, it was just that Dark Drinkers Sanok's Izydor Kissel managed to reach the ball for a save. Niculae Negreanu didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-0 via right post in the game's 33rd minute. Emerald's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! After 38 played minutes Emerald got a freekick which was hit by Niculae Negreanu. Izydor Kissel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Piţurcă, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute, Karol Glogowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bogdan Lobonț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tolek Turak in the 46th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Dark Drinkers Sanok's goalkeeper Izydor Kissel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Piţurcă. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Victor Piţurcă made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Dark Drinkers Sanok's Iwan Majerowicz got a free kick in the 55th minute. Victor Piţurcă took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Izydor Kissel. Izydor Kissel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Iwan Majerowicz hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Victor Piţurcă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tolek Turak kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Bogdan Lobonț made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Norbert Skoroda sent off a good shot on target. Emerald's Ioan Logofătu quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Karol Glogowski, made in the 80th minute of the game. If Victor Piţurcă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Izydor Kissel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Piţurcă in the 84th minute of play. Gabriel Vermeşan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Izydor Kissel having to make a save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Emerald fans cheered their team off the field, for while Dark Drinkers Sanok had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
