With his leg Hıncal Orbey managed to avoid a goal in the 3rdth minute, when Daguestan's Ilya Dementiev fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 11 minutes, Sabit Armağan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Demetevler and the Daguestan players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Daguestan booed when Demetevler was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sabit Armağan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 12 played minutes Petr Lisich could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 1-0 into the left cross. Hıncal Orbey was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Petr Lisich showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 16 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anıl Baran Sehim in the 19th minute of play forced Daguestan's goalkeeper Eduard Berezutskiy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Demetevler's goal looked a bit too open when Petr Lisich came free, but Hıncal Orbey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Anıl Baran Sehim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Demetevler fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Sabit Armağan was shown his second yellow card after 27 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Demetevler's Sabit Armağan got a free kick in the 27th minute. Ilya Dementiev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daguestan's Ilya Dementiev got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 33 minutes into the game, Efim Babushkin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Daguestan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Demetevler the free kick. In the 33rd minute, Efim Babushkin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ilya Dementiev scored 3-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hıncal Orbey, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hıncal Orbey made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Ilya Dementiev sent off a good shot on target. In the 39th minute, Petr Lisich got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 42nd minute, Barış Özaltın hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Petr Lisich stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hıncal Orbey didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yuriy Varennikov went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Petr Lisich sped through Demetevler's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hıncal Orbey. Hıncal Orbey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ilya Dementiev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, Anıl Baran Sehim ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eduard Berezutskiy was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. Eduard Berezutskiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murat Bakırcı in the 67th minute of play. In the 70thth minute of the game Petr Lisich who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Demetevler's Hıncal Orbey was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Murat Bakırcı during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Daguestan booed when Demetevler was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Murat Bakırcı didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ilya Dementiev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hıncal Orbey having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Anıl Baran Sehim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Demetevler's supporters rose to their feet, but Anıl Baran Sehim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduard Berezutskiy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hıncal Orbey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yuriy Varennikov, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. The Daguestan fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when Daguestan's Petr Lisich looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anıl Baran Sehim during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Demetevler's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
