This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Elias Arnedo as he didn't even see the shot coming. Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's Elias Arnedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre from getting a goal against them. Elias Arnedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Candido Ospin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Candido Ospin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Elias Arnedo came out and tried to block the shot, but Candido Ospin slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 29th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Los Piratas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicasio Raymond came free, but Martin Abadia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's goalkeeper Elias Arnedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Candido Ospin. Nicasio Raymond recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Martin Abadia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicasio Raymond in the 42nd minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicasio Raymond to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jefferson Farfán in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Martin Abadia saved Los Piratas FC from getting behind. Elias Arnedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Candido Ospin, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Jefferson Farfán sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elias Arnedo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Moises Luzea went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Ibarra Montenegro hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 66thth minute of the game Jefferson Farfán who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Piratas FC's Martin Abadia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Los Piratas FC's Alonzo Urbasa was substituted for Jorge Cervera. Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jefferson Farfán in the 68th minute. The corner ended in Jefferson Farfán almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Los Piratas FC's Martin Abadia did a great save. The supporters of Los Piratas FC booed when Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zigor Orive didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elias Arnedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alonzo Urbasa in the 70th minute of the match. After 70 played minutes Los Piratas FC got a freekick which was hit by Ştefan Aluneanu. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ibarra Montenegro got free with Martin Abadia in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Martin Abadia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jefferson Farfán, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martin Abadia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jefferson Farfán in the 81st minute of the match. If Jefferson Farfán had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 83rd minute Jefferson Farfán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Abadia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Los Piratas FC's Martin Abadia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jefferson Farfán in the 85th minute of play. Nicasio Raymond scored 4-2 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Martin Abadia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
