Armando Gaizkine didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tanio Lezaeta went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Talcampeón FC's Apolo Larrañaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Romano in the 12th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Tanio Lezaeta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armando Gaizkine was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Armando Gaizkine came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Talcampeón FC's Andrés Villaseñor. But to his dismay, Andrés Villaseñor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After 18th play minutes Tanio Lezaeta shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Armando Gaizkine and just under the crossbar into goal. After 22 minutes of play, Talcampeón FC's Pierre Fevre made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armando Gaizkine was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arsenal's Armando Gaizkine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rainerio Huidobro in the 25th minute of play. Armando Gaizkine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rainerio Huidobro, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Armando Gaizkine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bonifacio Lavanderos in the 27th minute of play. Arsenal's Armando Gaizkine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrés Villaseñor in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Talcampeón FC's Andrés Villaseñor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tanio Lezaeta hit a great ball. In the 38th minute Teodoro Belarmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Larrañaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Arsenal's goal looked a bit too open when Andrés Villaseñor came free, but Armando Gaizkine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Arsenal's goal looked a bit too open when Rainerio Huidobro came free, but Armando Gaizkine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th match minute, Arsenal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorio Mino to maneuver through the defense. The Talcampeón FC fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Talcampeón FC's Rainerio Huidobro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-9 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-9 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Saul Romano made a kick off. Rainerio Huidobro scored 0-10 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Armando Gaizkine, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Arsenal's Armando Gaizkine got control of the ball when Rainerio Huidobro tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tanio Lezaeta got free with Armando Gaizkine in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Armando Gaizkine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrés Villaseñor, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Armando Gaizkine made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Tanio Lezaeta sent off a good shot on target. Armando Gaizkine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrés Villaseñor in the 62nd minute of the match. But to his dismay, Bernardino Payten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. 67 minutes into the game, Andrés Villaseñor recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Armando Gaizkine. Andrés Villaseñor showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-12. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrés Villaseñor in the 70th minute of play forced Arsenal's goalkeeper Armando Gaizkine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Arsenal defense, Tanio Lezaeta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armando Gaizkine. The Arsenal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armando Gaizkine should have stopped the shot. 78 minutes into the game, Tanio Lezaeta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-14. Armando Gaizkine was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Matias Mon fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Armando Gaizkine came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Talcampeón FC's Andrés Villaseñor. But to his dismay, Andrés Villaseñor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-16. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrés Villaseñor in the 91st minute of play forced Arsenal's goalkeeper Armando Gaizkine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armando Gaizkine made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rainerio Huidobro in the 92nd minute. Arsenal's Matias Mon got his second yellow card of the match in the 92nd minute. The referee ordered Matias Mon off the ground. In the 93rd minute, Matias Mon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 94 minutes into the game, Rainerio Huidobro lined in a short shot 0-17 behind a frustrated Armando Gaizkine. When the match was over Talcampeón FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Arsenal throughout the match.
