In the 4th match minute, De Gröna FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evert Isaksson to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th minute Durval Meireles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harry Jonasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frédson Mineiro hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Wilson Quadros acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 12th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Arvin Skytt. If Durval Meireles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Lon Lanteigne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Durval Meireles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Harry Jonasson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25thth minute of the game Durval Meireles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but De Gröna FK's Harry Jonasson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Lon Lanteigne came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the BRASIL.Sp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lon Lanteigne couldn't finish the play. Durval Meireles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Harry Jonasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lon Lanteigne in the 29th minute of play. Durval Meireles blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Harry Jonasson having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Durval Meireles in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Harry Jonasson saved De Gröna FK from getting behind. After 32 minutes, Durval Meireles made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. De Gröna FK's Harry Jonasson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. De Gröna FK's Harry Jonasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Durval Meireles in the 35th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Durval Meireles in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Harry Jonasson saved De Gröna FK from getting behind. Durval Meireles might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Harry Jonasson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Durval Meireles ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the De Gröna FK defense, Lon Lanteigne kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Harry Jonasson. The De Gröna FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Harry Jonasson should have stopped the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joacim Bergström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Luís Guilherme Vasconcelos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Harry Jonasson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Durval Meireles's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Evert Isaksson got his second yellow card in the match during the 61st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to De Gröna FK getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Evert Isaksson hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the match, Lon Lanteigne had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Harry Jonasson. De Gröna FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lon Lanteigne was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Lon Lanteigne sped through De Gröna FK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Harry Jonasson. BRASIL.Sp made a substitution. Gláuber de Carvalho replaced Luís Guilherme Vasconcelos. Pedro Varela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Harry Jonasson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. BRASIL.Sp's Gláuber de Carvalho got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Durval Meireles sped through De Gröna FK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Harry Jonasson. A hard shot 79 in the game by Durval Meireles from a close distance when the talented Harry Jonasson managed to make a qualified save. De Gröna FK's players were relieved. If Gláuber de Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 82 minutes into the game, Folke Siöman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. De Gröna FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BRASIL.Sp the free kick. Gláuber de Carvalho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Harry Jonasson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. With a little luck, De Gröna FK's Harry Jonasson got control of the ball when Durval Meireles tried to sneak it across the goal line. Harry Jonasson made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Durval Meireles sent off a good shot on target. Harry Jonasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gláuber de Carvalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. BRASIL.Sp's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
