After 11 played minutes Lobos de Carelia got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Rios. Amauri Félix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prospero Perico in the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Siqueira in the 18th minute of play forced Lobos de Carelia's goalkeeper Nestor Cortez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18thth minute of the game Marcos Siqueira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lobos de Carelia's Nestor Cortez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavao Zadro in the 28th minute of play forced Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalkeeper Amauri Félix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute of the match, Tolgahan Onatkan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nestor Cortez saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With an all-out effort, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Nestor Cortez threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tolgahan Onatkan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When Saul Montrel came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Lobos de Carelia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saul Montrel couldn't finish the play. Prospero Perico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 69th minute Pavao Zadro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amauri Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Lobos de Carelia booed when Rio Verde F.C CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thiago Neves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nestor Cortez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Ove Malm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Amauri Félix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristobal Lia in the 76th minute of play. Eusebio Rios kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Birol Celilay was substituted for Lauro Arce. Nestor Cortez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Siqueira in the 95th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ had played much better football throughout.
