Domingo Bulnes came out of the goal and Pavao Zadro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The corner led Lobos de Carelia's Cleto Confesor to fire away a dangerous shot which Domingo Bulnes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 17 played minutes Lobos de Carelia got a freekick which was hit by Pavao Zadro. 22 minutes into the match, Adriano van Beek dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nestor Cortez, 1-0. 26 minutes into the game, Adriano van Beek recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nestor Cortez. Adriano van Beek showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. A sloppy throw-in by Jakob Sitepu in the 29th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Lobos de Carelia's Cleto Confesor. Nestor Cortez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriano van Beek in the 30th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Montrel in the 34th minute of play forced ✪ XV de Umarizal's goalkeeper Domingo Bulnes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 37 played minutes ✪ XV de Umarizal got a freekick which was hit by Jakob Sitepu. When Prospero Perico came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Lobos de Carelia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prospero Perico couldn't finish the play. When Naldo Passos fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ✪ XV de Umarizal's protests and gave Naldo Passos a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Lobos de Carelia booed when ✪ XV de Umarizal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Naldo Passos didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adriano van Beek was the one to do the kick off. Domingo Bulnes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nestor Cortez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano van Beek in the 54th minute of play. Adriano van Beek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Domingo Bulnes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pavao Zadro, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Domingo Bulnes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Prospero Perico in the 67th minute. In the 70th match minute, ✪ XV de Umarizal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jakob Sitepu to maneuver through the defense. ✪ XV de Umarizal made a substitution. Damian Ostrowski replaced Allan Winström. ✪ XV de Umarizal's Raimundo Guerra was substituted for Naldo Passos. When Adriano van Beek came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the ✪ XV de Umarizal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adriano van Beek couldn't finish the play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ✪ XV de Umarizal fully deserved thier win.
