Talcampeón FC's Marcelino Fritz got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Ángel Riesco in the 16th minute of play forced Talcampeón FC's goalkeeper Edgardo Rondanelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute Mikel Señoret shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlín Rozas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salomón Avendaño in the 28th minute of play forced Talcampeón FC's goalkeeper Edgardo Rondanelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgardo Rondanelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salomón Avendaño in the 30th minute of the match. A collision led to TurboUC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Dušan Tadić hit a great ball. In the 38thth minute of the game Miguel Ángel Riesco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Talcampeón FC's Edgardo Rondanelli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 40th minute of the match, Marcelino Fritz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Orlín Rozas saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Aleksey Mazaev charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aleksey Mazaev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41st match minute, TurboUC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aleksey Mazaev to maneuver through the defense. Talcampeón FC's Edgardo Rondanelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Snow in the 58th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Salomón Avendaño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes into the match, Talcampeón FC's goalkeeper Edgardo Rondanelli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Ángel Riesco. With a little luck, Talcampeón FC's Edgardo Rondanelli got control of the ball when Salomón Avendaño tried to sneak it across the goal line. Javiero Charme's late challenge caught a TurboUC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Talcampeón FC. When the match had been going on for 68 minutes, TurboUC's Miguel Ángel Riesco got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Edgardo Rondanelli. Edgardo Rondanelli made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when John Snow sent off a good shot on target. Edgardo Rondanelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salomón Avendaño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. From a short distance, TurboUC's Salomón Avendaño, in the 72nd minute, tried to place the ball behind Edgardo Rondanelli, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Salomón Avendaño in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgardo Rondanelli saved Talcampeón FC from getting behind. After 77 played minutes Talcampeón FC got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Paredes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Ángel Riesco in the 77th minute of play forced Talcampeón FC's goalkeeper Edgardo Rondanelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute, Román Ahrens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Orlín Rozas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lolo Acharan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miguel Ángel Riescos short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Edgardo Rondanelli to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. John Snow took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgardo Rondanelli. Edgardo Rondanelli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 94 played minutes TurboUC got a freekick which was hit by Salomón Avendaño. Orlín Rozas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelino Fritz in the 97th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched TurboUC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
