In the 13th minute, Ariel Telo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SA Samsunspor 2011 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Ariel Telo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sertel Adıvar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sertel Adıvar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ariel Telo was the one to do the kick off.
