With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sven-Olof Vestlund in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geir-Inge von Fraunhofen saved ▪︎ɪɴᴄᴇᴘᴛıᴏɴ ᴄɪᴛʏ from getting behind. Arda Turan came free with the goalkeeper in the 19th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Geir-Inge von Fraunhofen could save by the left post. 29 minutes into the match, Sven-Olof Vestlund dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Geir-Inge von Fraunhofen, 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven-Olof Vestlund got free with Geir-Inge von Fraunhofen in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Mehmet Şefik Karadağ managed to get in a good position for a shot. CAN ERZURUM's supporters rose to their feet, but Mehmet Şefik Karadağ was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geir-Inge von Fraunhofen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. CAN ERZURUM walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
