In the 15th minute of the match, Henric Villaquiran tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fulgencio Villalcazar saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 21st minute, Picanya FC's Henric Villaquiran dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. When Cuatrodeocho's David Batuhin in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Fulgencio Villalcazar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henric Villaquiran in the 29th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, David Batuhin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cuatrodeocho's supporters rose to their feet, but David Batuhin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Naldo Roig breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35thth minute of the game David Batuhin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Picanya FC's Naldo Roig was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Andy Entrena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Andy Entrena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Cuatrodeocho's David Batuhin in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Fulgencio Villalcazar came out of the goal and Henric Villaquiran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Naldo Roig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Batuhin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 57thth minute of the game David Batuhin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Picanya FC's Naldo Roig was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cuatrodeocho's Fulgencio Villalcazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henric Villaquiran in the 60th minute of play. A collision led to Picanya FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Desiderio Elias hit a great ball. Picanya FC made a substitution. Hori Aranzubia replaced Ugaitz Silva. Cuatrodeocho made a substitution. José Planes replaced Sid Wilson. In the 63rd match minute, Picanya FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Elias to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 65th minute by José Planes got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cuatrodeocho would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
