Picanya FC's Gregory Bermejo got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Naldo Roig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joe Herring, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Naldo Roig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joe Herring in the 8th minute of the match. Valencia C.F.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Guillermo Farré in the 9th minute. A nice corner shot did that Guillermo Farré got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Naldo Roig quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jerry Lodge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henric Villaquiran in the 23rd minute of play. In the 28th minute of the match Valencia C.F. got a corner. Picanya FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Guillermo Farré ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Valencia C.F.'s corner José Luis Gayà fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Naldo Roig quite easily take care of the ball. Gaskon Gimeno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joe Herring took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Naldo Roig. Naldo Roig dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Jerry Lodge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaskon Gimeno in the 39th minute of the match. Joe Herring's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Naldo Roig read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd match minute, Valencia C.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Farré to maneuver through the defense. Jerry Lodge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaskon Gimeno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

58 minutes into the match, Valencia C.F.'s goalkeeper Jerry Lodge had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaskon Gimeno. Joe Herring struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Naldo Roig didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valencia C.F.. After a defensive mix-up in Picanya FC's zone, Yuan Wei Han stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Naldo Roig came out of the goal and Yuan Wei Han tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Naldo Roig didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yuan Wei Han went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Oliver Bean charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oliver Bean the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 71st match minute, Valencia C.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oliver Bean to maneuver through the defense. Valencia C.F.'s Tuncay Candeğer was substituted for Alfred Claydon. In the 72nd minute of the match Henric Villaquiran shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jerry Lodge showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 74th minute, Joe Herring got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Picanya FC made a substitution. Jonathan Reina replaced Henric Villaquiran. In the 77th minute of the game Baltazar Zaplana made a throw-in which Jonathan Reina played forward. Jerry Lodge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregory Bermejo in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Joe Herring got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 84th minute of the match Picanya FC got a corner. Valencia C.F.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gaskon Gimeno ran over to the corner to take the kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Valencia C.F. had won after a very even match.
