Belo Alvarez started the match with the kick off. Larpe Cabrera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erlantz Bermejo in the 4th minute of play. After 6 played minutes A.D. Alcorcón got a freekick which was hit by Emmanuel Otero. 8 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's goal looked a bit too open when Jesús Espinosa came free, but Maurino Serena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jesús Espinosa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Maurino Serena made a huge save. Larpe Cabrera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erlantz Bermejo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Maurino Serena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jesús Espinosa. In the 18th minute Jesús Espinosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurino Serena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Larpe Cabrera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belo Alvarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the A.D. Alcorcón defense, Jesús Espinosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maurino Serena. The A.D. Alcorcón fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maurino Serena should have stopped the shot. In the 27th minute, Xesc Jorquera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maurino Serena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jesús Espinosa in the 28th minute. Maurino Serena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvito Helguera in the 30th minute of play. After a rather tough play, A.D. Alcorcón's Arcadio Ramiréz got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 37 minutes into the match, Belo Alvarez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Larpe Cabrera. Nueva Adalucia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Belo Alvarez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Alfredo Gandia took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Maurino Serena to make any attempt to save it. In the 44thth minute of the game Erlantz Bermejo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nueva Adalucia's Larpe Cabrera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alvito Helguera stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's goal looked a bit too open when Sol Rajoi came free, but Maurino Serena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maurino Serena stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jesús Espinosa's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. In the 58th minute Jesús Espinosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurino Serena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maurino Serena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvito Helguera, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute.
