In the 16th minute, Baal Ares made a precise shot to the right of Rune Abelsson. Wedd FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Baal Ares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 22nd minute Baal Ares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Abelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wedd FF's Rune Abelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baal Ares in the 25th minute of play. Sven-Arne Kjellman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Luca Jivulescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Camillo Aceto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Luca Jivulescu made a huge save. Ares FC -MM-'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Karadeniz Otay in the 33rd minute. Lucrețiu Cuculeanu was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
