The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thibault Delanoë was slow to take the kick. During this time Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's Israel Otsando to fire away a dangerous shot which Jan Figlewski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Thibault Delanoë in the 14th minute. In the 19th minute Malin Karolev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lütfi Kutlubay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thibault Delanoë fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Figlewski having to interfere. Jan Figlewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thibault Delanoë in the 24th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Abutres 2003 FDP's Raphael Paraense got a free kick in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by 庄辉雄 in the 27th minute of play forced Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's goalkeeper Lütfi Kutlubay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's Lütfi Kutlubay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malin Karolev in the 43rd minute of play. Luciano Maciel hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zanko Shosev made a kick off. Lütfi Kutlubay came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Abutres 2003 FDP's 庄辉雄. But to his dismay, 庄辉雄 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Fatih-Sultan Mehmet made in the 70th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Chiquinho Pombal immediately put the ball in play. In the 73rd minute Malin Karolev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lütfi Kutlubay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abutres 2003 FDP's Jan Figlewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zanko Shosev in the 78th minute of play.
