After a rather tough play, Motor Alma y Sangre's Prospero Santos got a free kick in the 5th minute. Kamil Ballı charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 18th minute Nicanor Matei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Devlet Temizkan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Devlet Temizkan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Flavio Asier went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After 23 minutes, Reha Türcan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ilica and the Motor Alma y Sangre players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd minute, Reha Türcan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flavio Asier in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Devlet Temizkan saved Ilica from getting behind. If Nicanor Matei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30thth minute of the game Nicanor Matei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ilica's Devlet Temizkan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicanor Matei in the 31st minute of play forced Ilica's goalkeeper Devlet Temizkan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 33 in the game by Cihangir Aker from a close distance when the talented Eustaquio Casado managed to make a qualified save. Motor Alma y Sangre's players were relieved. In the 34th minute Flavio Asier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Devlet Temizkan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a left leg Devlet Temizkan saved Ilica from getting behind. 37 minutes into the match, Ilica's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Asier came free, but Devlet Temizkan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 40th minute of the game. One of Ilica:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Motor Alma y Sangre:s goal. In the 43rd match minute, Ilica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reha Türcan to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 51st minute, Motor Alma y Sangre's Flavio Asier ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Devlet Temizkan. Devlet Temizkan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Nicanor Matei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Motor Alma y Sangre's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicanor Matei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Devlet Temizkan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Ilica's zone, Flavio Asier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Devlet Temizkan came out of the goal and Flavio Asier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Devlet Temizkan managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when Motor Alma y Sangre's Nicanor Matei fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Devlet Temizkan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Asier in the 71st minute of play. Nicanor Matei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Devlet Temizkan having to interfere. Özgün Uzalp's late challenge caught a Motor Alma y Sangre's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Özgün Uzalp helped the player get up and apologised. In the 79th minute, Özgün Uzalp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Nicanor Matei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Motor Alma y Sangre's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
