But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atilano Beat couldn't finish the play. After having played for 17 minutes, Atilano Beat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peñaflor AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Atilano Beat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Rodrigo Acosta came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Peñaflor AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrigo Acosta couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atilano Beat in the 21st minute of play forced PolishPower's goalkeeper Henk Smibum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The PolishPower players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Peñaflor AFC were winning 0-2.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bruno Zeijlemaker made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Peñaflor AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregorio Resto to maneuver through the defense. After 53 minutes of play, PolishPower's Bruno Zeijlemaker made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guillermo Olivar was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Peñaflor AFC defense, Harm Holthuis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guillermo Olivar. The Peñaflor AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guillermo Olivar should have stopped the shot. In the 59th match minute, Peñaflor AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justo Santikurtz to maneuver through the defense. Henk Smibum stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Atilano Beat's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Atilano Beat took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henk Smibum. Henk Smibum dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Guillermo Olivar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Zeijlemaker in the 76th minute of play. Atilano Beat who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Henk Smibum when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Peñaflor AFC's Atilano Beat was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 77th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Peñaflor AFC's Timoteo Unai got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 83 played minutes PolishPower got a freekick which was hit by Joeri Keupink. PolishPower's Henk Smibum proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save PolishPower from getting a goal against them. Guillermo Olivar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Zeijlemaker, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Peñaflor AFC played a much better game than PolishPower and deserved their victory. The PolishPower players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
