Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Válbson de Alcântara in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luís Guilherme Marques prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Válbson de Alcântara in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Guilherme Marques saved BRASIL.Sp from getting behind. Luís Guilherme Marques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xie Ao in the 20th minute of play. If Eusébio Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valério Galvão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Luís Guilherme Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. BRASIL.Sp's Luís Guilherme Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lu Ladron in the 39th minute of play. Aírton de Lima made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Fagondo Vasquez sent off a good shot on target. After 43 played minutes Motta Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Dudu Hermes.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Válbson de Alcântara to strike the kick off in the second half. With his leg Luís Guilherme Marques managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when Motta Futebol Clube's Lu Ladron fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. BRASIL.Sp made a substitution. Robertinho Teodorowski replaced Eusébio Barros. 87 minutes into the match, Motta Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Fagondo Vasquez came free, but Aírton de Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artur Sabóia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Guilherme Marques having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Motta Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Robertinho Teodorowski came free, but Aírton de Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robertinho Teodorowski in the 94th minute of play forced Motta Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Aírton de Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Valério Galvão managed to get in a good position for a shot. Motta Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Valério Galvão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luís Guilherme Marques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The BRASIL.Sp supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Motta Futebol Clube's performance. The match ended with a win for Motta Futebol Clube.
